How to get a Free Xbox360

Hi all,

I know the subject seems like a dodgy offer that is designed to add you to a million mailing lists and all for the promise of something that might not actually happen...

This can be the case but I would not be telling people about it if that were the case. The fact is I like shafting companies that value customer data too highly. There is one such site that using the method I have worked out you can get an Xbox360 for nothing... By nothing I want to be very clear. The eventual cost will be £0. You will have to outlay some money (which you can get back) and you will have to do some work but it will take no longer than about 2 hours in total. Within 14 days you will have recieved enough credits for an Xbox. Basically you can either refer people or sign up to various offers to get the item free. Most people don't want to send out notes to loads of people to get them to do things, therefore I have worked out a way you don't have to refer anyone and still get the Xbox!

What is my "charge" for the method? Only that you use my referral ID 90050000 when you sign up. When you have done this let me know and I'll mail you a spreadsheet with the offers to take part in and the method to use to get the Xbox in the easist way.

The website is www.Xpango.com. They used to make you pay to join they don't know hence why I am no promoting them so that we Freebie lovers can take advantage!

Once you have signed up with my ref ID 90050000 they will not give me any credits unless you do the offers. Therefore it is a win win for you. If you decide not to do it then I will get nothing, if you decide like I have to fleece them follow the spreadsheet I'll mail you and we can all enjoy online Pro Evo 6!

Cheers

Olly

Getting Lucky

I got lucky in a home game on Friday. Here's the story:

I had A7 spades pre-flop on the button. So I limp in. There are a few other callers.

The flop comes A 7 x all hearts. A LAG raises. Another LAG re-raises. I think fuck it and go all in. The re-raiser calls.

The cards are flipped and the re-raiser shows JT hearts. He'd flopped a flush on the river.

Alas, the turn gives me another Ace, completing a full house and wiping out LAG.

Not really the best Poker play. But I guess it's time I had some luck seeing as I've had a particularly bad run of cards lately.

However, the loser, normally a very placid chap, was very angry and simmered throughout the rest of the evening and was extremely upset. Being in a home game (in my very own little home!) I wasn't too pleased with this as it was just supposed to be a bit of fun.

Anyway, like the Juice, I've also been getting a bit bored with Poker and probably wouldn't have bothered playing if it hadn't been at my pad. Instead, I wasted the weekend playing Medieval 2 Total War. It's very addictive and I can't wait to play against Rottie online, as she claims to be a seasoned veteran of 6 years.

Texas Calculatem Bug

texas calculatem bug
This horrible bug was on the floor of my bed room and I nearly trod on it. What an ugly little beast. However, I couldn't bring myself to kill it and just dumped it on the banister outside my room.

Anyone know anything about PCs?

My system is starting to die. I'm not sure why. It has some sort of Athlon64 3000+ chip with 512 MB RAM and a ATI Radeon 9600 Pro graphics card. But things just aren't moving. Maybe porn is becoming more demanding, but who knows. However, there must be something scheming that old Billy Gates has installed in his Windows software. This machine is many times faster than the fastest servers 10 years ago, but it's struggling with Outlook and a few Internet Explorer windows.

Anyway, I'm vaguely thinking of upgrading, but only being a half-arsed nerd I don't know the current status of the hardware industry.

Going to that magical Tom's Hardware site, it looks like I need an Athlon 64 X2 4200 chip.

In terms of graphics a Geforce 7600 GT should do.

Being a lazy git, I've surfed the web and found a suitable Mobo/CPU bundle from Novatech for £280.82 here. And a graphics card will £92.83 here. That all comes to about £380. And a hard disk will be around £60 for 250GB.

So for £440 I should be able to get a pretty reasonable new system. But I can't help but think I'm leaving something out. Assuming I can re-use all my current bits and bobs, and use my old Windows XP CD to build the new PC (I'll be giving away any left over bits from my current PC), have I forgotten anything?

Is she real?

A couple of weeks ago, after drinking with my ex-flatmate, I posted a rather embarrasing advert on a personals site. I only got one reply, from someone who likes to write emails in the style of text messages. That in itself was not a good start.

Anyway, after a few one line emails, I've got a picture out of her (it was my prize for winning a one sided game of chess). However, I don't think it's real. So far, Juice thinks it's real. Rottie thinks it's fake. And my cheapskate mate thinks it's real. Seeing as this is a 0% anonymous blog, I may as well throw this question out to all you loyal readers.

Is the pretty girl in the picture the lass I just beat in a game of online chess?
