Feel the Pain!
I just wrote a long post that was not saved properly. How annoying.
Anyway, last week I lost for the first time at a live Poker game with my mates.
From Sunday I'm off to Mexico for two weeks.
Was looking at random links for the Acorn's blog, and noticed that the Lady Falcon blog has stopped. She didn't like the fact that Poker winnings come from weak players. That's all well and good, but lots of people derive their income from the weak. Just look at those sub-premium loan adverts on daytime TV. They prey on the stupid and weak. My professional income comes from people who are either stupid or have so much money that they don't care about what I take from them. But then again, I'm up against supposedly well trained professional derivatives traders, not US college kids investing their college funds at Party Poker.

Hi,You seem to be an avid user of Poker office and Calculatem. I had a copy of Calculatem a while back, but now it no longer seems to work ( autoread ). I do some programming on the side and noticed that both PokerStars and PartyPoker's hand history files changed a while back where they would only update once a hand was done. Calculatem stopped working around the same time. Have you run across this problem????

PastExpiryDotCom,I don't use Calculatem at Pokerstars or Party Poker. It still works at Laddies fine.
They seem to update it quite often, so if the latest version doesn't work with your favourite Poker room, you could try emailing Calculatem and asking them to make a patch.
