It was a quiet day at work today. I was chatting to The Rottie on MSN as she played a MTT, and had French chick on another.

French chick was after a job. So I started typing into my chat box to Rottie:

"French chick needs a job, should I ask her to come and be my personal lapdancer?"

Alas, just as I hit the enter button, an external software salesman decided to pop up behind me and say "Hi Edge, how's the new software treating you?"

How embarrasing! I was sure he'd read my MSN box. And to make it worse, I had a pile of those Jack Sparrow coins on my desk. So he probably thinks that I'm both a childish collector of junk and lewd pervert all wrapped into one. I should have more discipline and stop fucking about all day.

Anyway, on to a totally different topic, Madonna's Like a Prayer video topped a poll of videos that "broke the rules", according to this article from BBC News. I've just watched it and don't see what the fuss was about. Two noteworthy features according to the BBC are dancing around burning crosses and kissing a black Christ-like figure in a church. There weren't any dudes dresses as ghosts next to the crosses, so I doubt she was trying to support the KKK. And so what if it portrays Jesus as black, he most definitely wasn't white, as depicted in most European art.
