POKER: Why slow play when you can fish?

I have managed to redeem my poor start to the weekend. Did two SNG's with Juice and Rosie last night, coming 2nd in both.

This morning, I was at a 6 player $0.15/$0.30 with Juice. I hit the nut straight. Someone bet 4BB into me. Rather than doing any of that slow play shit I bet the pot back at the poor guy. He called. The next hand I had AQ clubs and raised 4BB. The flop was nothing special. But I bet out to show strength. The turn gave me a 4th club. So I bet 4BB for value, and taking a punt that he might fold. The river gave me the nut flush. What could I do but bet the pot? The villain went all in. Poor sod. He had the nut straight. But that was nothing against my nut flush. Back of the net!

My breakeven poker skills are now bringing my BR close to it's all time high. It's only a matter of time before mean reversion kicks in and my BR reverts to around $320.
