POKER: BR at all time high of $381.31
Did more Poker today. First I played a few $0.15/$0.30 with Acorn and Juice. I did the usual "call any small raise with a pair" strategy. Hit three of a kind on the flop. And proceeded to bet the pot in every subsequent round. The villain had an ace high when he finally called my all in on the river. Nice.
Then we did another $5+$1 SNG. Acorn got rivered by a fish and was first out. Juice hand no cards and folded to Buhda until he finished 4th. I had a couple of lucky hands and came 2nd.
Anyway, it looks like my BR is hitting new highs, and that I'm at risk of graduating from the ranks of breakeven poker players. I'm going to touch lots of wood and try to keep things tight.
Poker aside, The Rottie has been receiving worrying comments on her blog. It's so easy for chicks to pick up stalkers. I've been trying to get one for years, but without much success.
Went to Chez Bruce for dinner tonight. It's just a short walk from my little pad and serves good shit. I'll try to post some photos of my halibut later this week.
