Limit Poker Tournament Win at Ladbrokes Poker
As suggested by Rose, I tried a Limit Poker tourney at Laddies today. It was only a $2.00+$0.30 buy in. 5 players. Top two places play.
I'll have to admit I made a few mistakes. But that comes with not worshipping the Gods. I'll also have to admit that I was also inspired by the Play Poker Like The Pros book that J got me for my birthday. It has a section on Limit Poker tournies that recommends very tight play early on. And lots of aggressive steals on the bubble when the opposition opens up. I feel I was a little too aggressive early on. As the players were call stations and I was betting into them with nothing. However, I later redeemed myself and came 2nd of 5. Making a healthy profit of $0.70.
Hit a record day in my web ventures today. My earnings for today have exceeded my entire Poker Bankroll. Good skills!
