Everyone knows that bouncers are nothing but hired thugs out to intimidate fellow males and eye up a bit of skirt. So I felt disgust, but no surprise, when I heard that friend had been man handled by bouncers from one of London's exclusive clubs. Here's his story:
I was in a place called P***** in Stamford Bridge celebrating the Irish Victory. I was slightly drunk, but was in no way abusive. I was just stumbling along when next thing I know I'm frog marched out, arm behind back with wrist in stress position. At all times I was civil and polite. Such treatment was very unnecessary. When I was thrown out on Saturday they were far more polite.
Especially annoying on Friday was the fact that I had to pay 15 quid to get in. However one of the guys I was with got stung for 5,500 quid. He wanted to go to the VIP room and everybody started ordering really expensive drinks. As he was leaving the bouncers collared him and made him pay up. Ouch! Was thrown out of Pangaea in Piccadilly on Saturday night, stumbled on the dancefloor and nose dived into a drink laden table, some nice bloodflow. However the bouncers dusted me down and arranged a taxi. So much nicer!Hmmm... I've had to * out the name of the nasty place for fear of being sued. SMT.
