Good session on Ladbrokes Poker $0.25/$0.50

I'm off work today due to illness. I woke with a headache, runny nose, and sore throat. What fun.

Now that it's the afternoon I'm slightly better and decided to have another Poker session. I played at Ladbrokes Poker and tried the $0.25/$0.50 tables as my usual $0.50/$1.00 tables were empty. I played about 45 minutes on two separate tables (the players all disappeared from my first table after 30 minutes!) and made just under $10. That isn't bad considering the reduced stake.

From what I've observed so far it looks like a lot of the Ladbrokes Poker players could be very weak. The "seeing the flop percentage" / "average flop percentage" or whatever you want to call that figure is usually well over 50% - it should be around 20% for sensible play. Also, many of the players just limped along as I bet/raised.

Despite my observations, however, I have yet to play enough hands at Ladbrokes Poker to draw any significant conclusions from my results. Readers will have to watch this space to see where my P&L heads off to!
